Module 2 – Anteriors & Bridges (MELB)

Service Description

This course focuses on anterior CEREC restorations from veneers, partial veneers, crowns, Creneers and bridges, including Maryland bridges, and their associated workflows. From the single to multiple units, including how to perform same day CEREC smile makeovers. This course will teach you how to predictably and efficiently utilize your CEREC system to maximise clinical outcomes for your patients. This course covers: · Preparation considerations for anterior restorations, including multiple units · Preparation design · Understanding and efficient use of the anterior CEREC workflow · Software design considerations for anterior restorations · Use of software to design multiple anterior restorations · Use of Biocopy techniques to produce multiple anterior restorations · How to incorporate Digital Smile Design (DSD) and other smile design services into CEREC · Material selection and properties in anterior and bridge work · Software tips and tricks for anteriors and bridges · Bridges – fixed, cantilever and Maryland in both the anterior and posterior region · Refining, polishing, staining and glazing · Bonding single and multiple units · Giving participants the tools to be able to deliver same day CEREC smile makeovers This module will assume knowledge of Module 1 workflows and strategies. It is recommended that participants complete Module 1 before progressing to this module.
