1. Cancellations 30 Days or More Before the Course Start Date

Participants may cancel their course registration at no charge if the cancellation is submitted 30 days or more prior to the scheduled course start date. A full refund or full credit will be issued.

 

 

2. Cancellations Within 30 Days of the Course Start Date

Cancellations received within 30 days of the course start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% may be refunded or held as credit.

 

3. Exceptional Circumstances

If a participant is unable to attend due to one of the following circumstances, we will hold the full course fee as credit for a future course, with no penalty:

 

• Medical reasons, supported by a valid medical certificate

• Severe weather, natural events, or flight cancellations/disruptions that prevent travel

• Any other comparable situation assessed at the provider’s discretion

 

Credits issued under exceptional circumstances are generally valid for 12 months, unless otherwise agreed.

 

4. No-Show Policy

Participants who do not attend the course without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and standard cancellation fees will apply. Credits are not guaranteed unless exceptional circumstances can be documented.
